Lia Martin has spent her career focused on the story behind the closing table: the paperwork, the planning, and the people who finally get their keys. As a Homebuyer Advocate at Civetta Property Group, she guides families through the Turn the Key program with the same steady hand she's brought to every corner of the real estate world.

A Hudson Valley girl at heart, Lia traded state parks in her backyard for city-block energy when she moved to Philadelphia in 2019, and she hasn't looked back. She's happiest around a table piled with the city's best bites, and she can often be found at happy hour in Fishtown, Rittenhouse, or Old City, trading neighborhood tips and talking homeownership.

Lia knows real estate from both sides of the transaction. She's worked the front end, helping clients find their footing, and the back end, running operations, managing compliance, and balancing the books. Along the way, she helped grow one of the largest Philadelphia teams from 23 agents to 35, led its major meetings, and trained the next generation of agents. She even knows Civetta's homes from the inside: she helped sell the new construction homes in Grays Ferry as part of the Limitless Team, then lived in one of those three-bedroom, two-bathroom new construction homes herself for several years.
