If you fit these requirements, the Turn the Key program is for you!

To qualify, you need to be a first-time buyer: someone who has never owned a home or has not owned a home for three years leading up to applying to Turn The Key.

You must undergo Turn The Key-approved one-on-one homeownership counseling.

For eligibility, your household income must not exceed 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI) – corresponding with the size of your household.

Preference will be given to income-qualified city employees first, and then to other income-eligible households.
