See If You Qualify

Before you fill out the form below to see if you qualify for a Civetta home, make sure you fit these guidelines:

  • You have not owned a home in the past 3 years
  • Your household income falls within the 100% AMI guidelines
  • You plan to occupy the home as your primary residence
  • You can obtain mortgage pre-approval or are working toward it

While you may qualify for the Turn the Key program, you will also need lender approval for a mortgage.
